HOW TO ORDER
1 - Start your order request
At Empire Carpets International, everyone with an idea or concept for mats, runner or rugs is welcome. A request can be made via our sales team or our website. When we receive a request, we will go over the details of the project with you. Together we can decide which specifications are most suitable and prepare an offer.
2 - Review samples, refine your choice
Once the quality, sizes and designs have been discussed, we produce some samples to give an idea how the products will look like. Digital artwork and visuals are not the same as an actual printed mat. The samples make it much easier to choose the right design. When the samples have been approved, we can proceed to the order.
3 - Your order, carefully produced
The full production process is done on our site in Belgium. From tufting to printing, to cutting and finished with backing. The details of our production process can be found in our brochure. If you have more questions regarding the process, we invite you to take contact so we can give some more explanation.
4 - Building relationships through support
After the goods are delivered and the purchase has been completed, we remain available for any questions and support. Meeting the expectations is important to build a durable relationship. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, so receiving feedback gives us the chance to improve our products and services.
